How long does it take to get set up?+
For a basic setup, usually just one day. If you want more things connected and automated, it might take a few days spread across a week. Either way, we don’t leave until everything is working exactly how it should.
What happens if something stops working?+
You call or text us directly. We include 30 to 60 days of support after your setup depending on what you got, and we’re always available after that if something comes up. We also offer ongoing monthly support plans if you want someone in your corner long-term.
Is there a monthly fee?+
Our setup fee is a one-time cost. The only ongoing cost is your AI subscription, which you pay directly to the AI provider, not to us. Depending on the setup, that might be an Anthropic API key, a ChatGPT subscription, or another model provider. If you want us to handle ongoing maintenance and support, we also offer optional monthly service plans.
