End User License Agreement
LewSys QuickBooks Integration · Effective October 11, 2026
1. Scope
This agreement governs your use of the LewSys integration that connects a QuickBooks Online company to read-only financial reports, dashboards, and AI-assisted answers. LewSys is operated by Luke Walburn in Streetsboro, Ohio. This agreement covers the integration, not a separate LewSys services agreement you may have with us or your separate agreement with Intuit.
2. Permission to Connect
By connecting a company, you confirm that you are authorized to grant access to its QuickBooks data. You authorize LewSys to access and process that company's data only to provide, support, and troubleshoot the connected reporting service you request. You can withdraw access by disconnecting the app in QuickBooks or by contacting us. Disconnecting may stop the reports and related agent functions.
3. Read-Only Use
The LewSys integration is intended to retrieve information and generate reports, not to create, modify, or delete records in your QuickBooks company. Intuit's accounting authorization may be broader than these features; LewSys limits the operations exposed by the integration. You remain responsible for your books, permissions, and review of all financial information and AI-generated summaries.
4. License and Restrictions
While your LewSys service is active, we grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the integration for your own authorized business purposes. You may not resell the integration, attempt to bypass its access controls, or use it to access a company you are not authorized to represent. LewSys and its licensors retain ownership of the integration; you retain ownership of your data.
5. Data and Third Parties
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle connected data. QuickBooks Online is provided by Intuit and is subject to Intuit's own terms and availability. We do not control Intuit outages, account permissions, or changes to its APIs. Do not treat an AI summary as a substitute for the underlying QuickBooks report or professional accounting advice.
6. Ending Access and Changes
You may stop using the integration at any time. We may suspend access when needed to protect accounts or data, address misuse, or comply with law. If we materially change these terms, we will post the revised version here with an updated date. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
